Cancellation and Refund Guidelines:

  1. Cancellations Made Before 15 Days:

    • Guests who cancel their booking more than 15 days prior to their scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
  2. Cancellations Made Within 7 Days:

    • For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, guests are entitled to a 50% refund of the booking amount.

Requesting a Refund:

  • To request a refund, guests must contact our reservation team directly via email or phone. Please provide your booking details and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.


  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

Changes to Refund Policy:

  • Rock City Resort Management reserves the right to update or modify the refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
